Aranyak Goswami

I am an accomplished computational biologist, bioinformatician, and statistical geneticist with a rich research history spanning over a decade. My expertise encompasses diverse areas, including genomics, precision medicine, the human microbiome, machine learning, deep learning, microbial evolution, host-pathogen interactions, systems biology, and human gene therapy.

Shakil Rafi (Postdoc)

I completed my PhD in 2024 at the University of Arkansas on Applied Mathematics under Dr. Joshua Padgett. My specialization is in deep and machine learning methods for solving differential equations. Previously I taught at the Department of Data Science at the University of Arkansas working with freshmen to teach them basic statistics, data science, and Python.
